These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rufio, a business management and AI automation platform operated by Strata19, Inc.[CONFIRM: confirm legal entity name]("Rufio", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Rufio on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

These Terms apply to all users, including operators on paid plans, trial accounts, and beta access.

You agree to use Rufio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use Rufio to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit or store content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Rufio
• Use Rufio to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Access Rufio via automated means to scrape data or circumvent usage limits
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use Rufio to build a competing product using our intellectual property

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, immediately and without notice in the case of serious or repeated violations.

Rufio is a subscription service. Pricing is described at /pricing. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

All fees are in US dollars and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST.[CONFIRM: confirm tax handling — collected at point of sale or invoiced?]

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

During the trial period, you can cancel without charge. See /pricing for current trial terms.

Your data is yours. The business data you create, import, or generate within Rufio — your customer records, job history, communications, reports, and configurations — belongs to you.

We process your data to deliver the service. We do not sell it, use it to train shared AI models, or share it with third parties except as required to operate Rufio (see the subprocessor list in our Privacy Policy).[CONFIRM: confirm AI training policy — no training on customer data]

Rufio and its underlying software, design, AI models, and documentation are owned by Strata19, Inc. and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in Rufio.[CONFIRM: confirm legal entity name]

You retain all rights to the content and data you upload or create within Rufio. By using Rufio, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Rufio, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your payment method fails and is not updated within a grace period
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to access Rufio ends. We will provide a data export option for a period of 30 days following termination.[CONFIRM: confirm 30-day data export window post-termination]

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Rufio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.[CONFIRM: confirm liability cap — 12 months of fees or alternative]
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
